Dark Prison
Carson City's prison haunt, back for its second season.
The old Nevada State Prison in Carson City holds three haunts, with food trucks, fire pits, and a 21+ bar out in the yard. It bills itself as Northern Nevada's largest haunted attraction and holds the area's highest Google rating.
Corn Creepers at Andelin Family Farm
A haunted walk through a real Spanish Springs cornfield.
Andelin Family Farm's after-dark haunted walkthrough, cut through its own cornfield since 2013. The farm also runs Zombie Paintball, a five-acre corn maze, and a daytime fall festival built for families.

On select October nights, Ferrari Farms' five-acre hand-cut corn maze turns into Reno's Giant Killer Clown Corn Maze. Fifteen dollars for adults, and tickets are sold only at the farm.

New for 2026, Tahoe Terror is an indoor haunted house built inside the Opal Ultra Lounge at Bally's Lake Tahoe, the sister haunt to Reno's Final Hour. South Shore finally gets a real haunt.
BooVille + Macabre Manor
Indoor trick-or-treating for the littles, a manor for everyone else.
Two Halloween attractions under one roof, newly moved to Oddie Boulevard in Sparks. BooVille runs themed indoor trick-or-treat rooms for young kids, and Macabre Manor handles the older crowd with live scare actors.

One of the biggest costumed bar crawls in the country. Downtown Reno fills with roughly 20,000 zombies across 40+ participating bars every October. The 2026 crawl is set for Saturday, October 17.

The Washoe Club in Virginia City runs year-round ghost tours through the building Ghost Adventures made famous, with a saloon downstairs and a haunted museum upstairs.
Reno Ghost Tours
Downtown Reno's dark history, on foot.
