The Reno Halloween Calendar 2026: Every Date That Matters

Dark Prison runs 19 nights through November 1. Tahoe Terror opens October 2. The Zombie Crawl hits October 17, the graveyard train runs three nights, and the home haunts announce in October. Every confirmed date.

The season is live. This is the master calendar for Halloween 2026 in the Reno area, updated September 28 with confirmed dates; the few stragglers are marked. For a night-by-night view with every event, use the interactive calendar.

Running now

Dark Prison opened September 25 and runs 19 nights through November 1: every Friday and Saturday, plus Thursdays October 15, 22, and 29, and Sundays October 11, 18, and 25, with November 1 closing the season. Timed entry slots run 6:30 to 10 pm most nights and 6 to 11:30 pm on peak Saturdays. Behind the Screams tours run September 26 and October 2, 10, 23, and 29, and November 1 is Flashlight Night. Pricing is dynamic, so it varies by night.

Corn Creepers opened September 26: Thursday through Saturday nights through October 31, first entries at 7 pm. Zombie Paintball runs the same nights. The daytime farm runs Wednesday through Saturday.

Killer Clown Corn Maze at Ferrari Farms runs Saturdays October 3, 10, 17, and 24, plus Friday October 30, from 7 to 10 pm. Adults $15, kids 10 and under $10, paid in person.

Opening this week

October 1: BooVille + Macabre Manor opens at its new Sparks home, 2300 Oddie Blvd. Thursday through Saturday all month, timed slots from 3:30 pm; BooVille is $18, the combo with Macabre Manor $28 adult / $20 child.

October 2: The Final Hour opens its new, bigger Oddie Boulevard location. Thursday through Saturday, 8 pm to midnight, through October 31, plus a Lights Out night on Sunday, November 1.

October 2: Tahoe Terror, the new haunt inside Bally’s Lake Tahoe, opens its first season ever. Fridays and Saturdays 8 pm to midnight, open late on Halloween, and a Lights OUT night November 1.

The one-night-only column

Saturday, October 17: Reno Zombie Crawl. Twenty thousand zombies, 40+ downtown bars, 8 pm to 2 am, 21 and up. The $15 cup tier is on sale now; the cheap tiers are already gone.

October 16 to 31, eight nights: Haunted Mini-Golf at The Generator, 5 to 9 pm, on the same Oddie Boulevard strip as Final Hour and BooVille. One parking spot, three attractions.

October 29 to 31: V&T Haunted Graveyard Train in Virginia City, three evenings only, $19 to $26, and it sells out.

Announcing in October

Silver Raven is confirmed back for its 20th “AnniverSCARY,” with dates and the address map posting on their site starting October 1. The other home haunts, The Ambush, Britt’s Wicked Manor, and Deadwood Manor, traditionally post their nights on Facebook in early-to-mid October, with the walkthroughs concentrated in the final week of the month.

Victorian Nightmare at the Mackay Mansion hadn’t announced 2026 dates as of late September; 2025 ran the last full weekend of October. The mansion’s candlelight and paranormal tours are already booking meanwhile.

How to plan it

Same advice as always, now with dates attached: do a big haunt in early-to-mid October while lines are short, take the 17th for the Crawl if you’re 21+, save the final week for home haunts when they light up, and spend Halloween weekend on the graveyard train or a closing night.
